Beautifully rendered 3D tube maps. They’re the topological tube map version with depth added. Not a rendering of the actual map, which would also be very fun to play with. Maybe make it easy to make a 3D shooter set in the Tube.

In 50 years time maybe we will need an extra dimension to make sense of London’s underground… unless we get packet transport running.

Damn always I’m too busy to play with my ideas, then I find a whole web site and heavily used messageboard devoted to it.

I need to get out more. Or maybe stay in more. There’s certainly some more of something that I’m missing.

The Edge is in my opinion one of the best reads on the web. A nice little e-zine with all the talking heads you could possibly think of. All those scientific, technological and cultural thinkers, the movers and shakers of the intellectual world.

Anyway, the publisher is now putting old video footage online. Now you can see those talking heads talk.

World Beard and Moustache Championships are in London in 2007. Will have to go.
